RCT was borne from many transformative therapies including somatic therapy, guided imagery, inner child healing, regression, breathwork, NLP and more 

Being trauma informed means we approach all clients with the belief that there’s nothing wrong with you - because there isn’t. You get to identify and release negative beliefs you’ve taken on board (usually from other people) and the life experiences that may have made you doubt yourself, feel unconfident or that you don’t matter. RCT sessions last around an hour, the first one is a little longer. We offer sessions individually or in discounted packages of 4, 8 or 12 sessions depending on your needs and how invasive these issues are impacting and controlling your life
